These Terms govern use of the Agristech Integrated Services Limited website. They are a working draft for review by qualified Nigerian counsel before public launch. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these Terms.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about Agristech, its operations, Farmiva, agricultural insights, sustainability direction and possible partnership interests. Content is not a binding offer, quotation, guarantee, prospectus, investment invitation or professional advice.
Products and regulatory status
Product availability, specifications, packaging, quantities, pricing, delivery, registration and permitted claims must be confirmed directly in writing. The website does not currently represent Farmiva products as NAFDAC-approved and does not publish an unconfirmed registration number.

- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious or infringing material.
- Do not use automated methods to extract substantial content or overload the service without written permission.
